This week has been no different as we are able to boast about yet another seven court victories from both the Fist Instance Courts as well as the High Court.
Our client’s contracts contained infringements ranging from containing floating weeks to perpetuity clauses, illegalities which have been condemned by the Supreme Court in over 100 cases.
