As 2021 is approaching its end we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all our clients for your valued support and cooperation throughout the year.
In what has turned out to be another challenging year we hope more than anything else that you and your families were able to stay safe and healthy.
Despite the difficulties we have all faced, everyone at CLA has kept striving to offer the best possible legal services and once again we have achieved some amazing results.
Firstly we have managed to set a new record in terms of clients we are currently representing at the courts in Spain. Now with over 2.350 LIVE CASES we continue to be Europe’s leading timeshare litigators.
This year we were also able to assist our clients and achieve ANOTHER 440 victories in both the First Courts and the High Courts. That’s ANOTHER 440 instances where our clients’ contracts were declared null and void and where the corresponding compensations were awarded.
To date we are delighted to announce that Canarian Legal Alliance has now paid out over 6.3 MILLION EUROS to our clients, and secured a further 1 MILLION EUROS in bank guarantees as the result of our provisional enforcement procedures we are continuously implementing.
One of our biggest payouts was to one of German clients who received over ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND EUROS within months of winning in the First Instance Court against Marriott.
On top of all this we continue to represent our clients in the liquidation procedure of Silverpoint and of Club La Costa and in the most recent development, the forced administration of Anfi, we are now in a position to negotiate the most favourable terms for our clients.
Finally, we are delighted to see that many judges continue to pass resolutions at their preliminary hearings not to go to trial which means the cases progress much faster for our clients.
Without a doubt 2021 has been another challenging one but it has also been another success for us here at CLA and we would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the whole team at CLA for their continued effort and dedication. Without their continued drive, commitment and passion none of this would be possible.
