The Court Number 1 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana has once again cited the recent Supreme Court Judgements while declaring our clients contracts null and void with ANFI.Our clients contracts were sold in perpetuity which has been declared illegal by the Supreme Court in several cases over the past year. The Court in San Bartolomé has used the fact that these judgements are now Jurisprudence, meaning they are now enshrined in law making judgments, and payouts faster than ever.
The Court has now awarded our clients the sum of 18.715€ plus interest and legal expenses. We expect a speedy payout for our clients and wish them well for the future.
