Once again the Supreme Court has stepped forward to protect Timeshare consumers against the illegal contracts and sales practices currently rampant across the entire industry.
In their most recent judgement, the Supreme Court went on to once again condemn contracts sold for periods in excess of 50 years plus reinforcing their stance on the illegality of the floating points system. As a result of their most recent ruling, both these factors have now become jurisprudence and as such create a legal roadmap for clients who were similarly sold illegal contracts.
