Canarian Legal Alliance is proud to announce that Palm Oasis (Tasolan) has again obeyed with another court order against them, and returned over £14,275 plus legal interest to our English clients.
These monies were awarded to our clients by the judge of the First Instance Court N4 who had declared their contract null and void on the basis that Palm Oasis did not comply with the rules and regulations set by the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98, in relation to duration.
After all the necessary bureaucratic steps have been completed, within as few as three months our clients now have their awarded monies in their account and are now happy ex-timeshare owners.
