Invoking the recent Supreme Court rulings as a precedent, the verdict confirms that timeshare contracts selling floating weeks are illegal and can be declared radically null and void.
In their ruling the judge mandated that the holiday group ( mostly known for resorts: Cala Pi, Ogisaki Garden, Club Dorada etc) refunds our clients more than 61,000€ plus accrued interests and legal fees.
