Canarian Legal Alliance is proud to announce a new court victory against Airtours Beach Club. Having studied our client’s case and taken into account our recent Supreme Court victory against Anfi Del Mar, the presiding judge ruled against Airtours beach club‘s request to have the case dismissed, declaring the contract null and void. The judge mandated that Airtours Beach Club refund our client the original 12,000€ paid plus legal fees plus accrued interest.
This victory follows a recent string of similar ones that have come about as a direct result of Canarian Legal Alliances recent and well publicized Supreme Court ruling against Anfi Del Mar.
