Two of our clients timeshare contracts which had been signed with Sunterra/ Diamonds in Tenerife have been declared null and void.
In passing his sentence the judge in Granadilla de Abona,
Spain declared that the client’s contract contained numerous violations of the Timeshare Law and ordered the company to repay our clients the money they paid plus interests and corresponding legal costs.
