Ranging from Anfi Resorts to Club La Costa, several judges have used the Supreme Court rulings to declare timeshare contracts null and void. Infringements found in these contracts varied from perpetuity clauses, to illegal deposit and the selling of a “floating” system.
In total our Canarian Legal Alliance has recovered over 828,329€ plus their respective legal fees and legal interests.
