The First Instance Court number 2 of San Bartolome de Tirajana has declared yet another clients Anfi contract null and void.
The judge has echoed the recent sentences dictated by the Supreme court in ordering the resort pay back £23,201 plus legal interest. The sentence was issued on the basis of the contract being written in perpetuity. The Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 is clear stating that timeshare contracts must be written for no longer than 50 years, something timeshare resorts are not following.
We would like to congratulate our clients and thank them for choosing Canarian Legal Alliance to take their case forward. We would also of course like to highlight the incredible work done by our whole legal team, who keeps on making legal history.
