The High Court in Alicante declared that the contract the clients had signed with an influential timeshare resort in the south of mainland Spain as ‘Null and Void’. Therefore, the Judge ordered the company to pay back all the money the client had spent, plus interest and legal fees.
This ruling from the High Court strengthens all cases for timeshare owners who have chosen to pursue the legal route to reclaim their money!
