We are glad to announce that we have achieved another victory in the High court in Las Palmas (section4) against Anfi.
The High Court Nr.4 rejected Anfi´s appeal and they confirmed the won sentence ruling from the first instance.

Our client will receive back 18.948€ + interest +legal fees ( in both instances)
we are also delighted that that the High Court’s following the Supreme court rulings in declaring floating weeks null and void congratulation to our Swedish client who entrusted us with the recovery of his funds which he paid for the timeshare week
