Today we are celebrating a High Court victory against Holiday Club.
High Court No 5 threw out the appeal from Holiday Club in full support of the original ruling passed by the court of the First Instance SBT 4 who declared both our clients’ contacts with Holiday Club null and void.
In addition to cancelling their contracts both courts found Holiday Club guilty of illegally taking deposits within the statutory cooling off period and ordered Holiday Club to repay our clients not only the amounts they paid but double the amounts they paid in deposits – a total of 35.000€ PLUS INTEREST
