Canarian Legal Alliance is excited to share with you yet another sentence in favour of one of our clients against Silverpoint (Resort Properties)
The judge of the High Court N3 in Tenerife has condemned Silverpoint (Resort Properties) for the lack of specificity included in our client’s contract. Siting the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98 the judge stated that a timeshare contract must include a specific week, location and date, none of which Silverpoint (Resort Properties) contract contained.
Our clients contract was declared null and void and was compensated with over 27,489€ plus legal interests.
We would like to congratulate our clients and thank them for entrusting us with their case, this of course without forgetting the incredible work produced yet again, by the number one law firm in timeshare cases throughout Spain.
