Our dedicated legal team secured five favorable rulings, resulting in over €250,000 in compensation for our clients—many of whom are now free from the burden of timeshare ownership. These victories include both first-instance and appellate court decisions, notably against Marriott.
In addition, we have successfully transferred more than €205,000 to clients from court-held funds following these judgments.
