Today we would like to report to all those who have signed a Timesharing contract in Spain and do not know how to get out of such a contract, how we managed it and how we recovered our money:
On the Internet, we had read the following: There is a law firm that has set itself the task of handling Timeshare cases and bringing them to justice. We then decided to sign up with CLA. Our case was brought to court, of course, we had to wait a long time. The trust in this company was not always there, but with time it became better.
In November 2015 Jasmin happily informed us that our agreement “Silverpoint Vacations, S.L.” had been declared null and void and we also received 19.163 € plus legal interest and the refund of legal fees.
After a few months, we were informed that our attorney Miguel Rodriguez Ceballos had received the money after an successful execution. Immediately afterwards, the amount was rigth away transferred to our account and we were able to conclude the dispute very successfully.
