And what a FANTASTIC start to 2022 it is for our German Clients who will be receiving 158.580€ in settlement of their claim against Marriott.
Our clients won their claim against MVCI Management and MVCI Holidays in May 2020 when the judge of the First Instance court No 4 Marbella declared our client contract with Marriott NULL AND VOID and demanded REPAYMENT IN FULL.
Well it’s a great start to our year and certainly to our clients’ year to be receiving 158.508€!!!
