Let’s kick of this week with some FANTASTIC news for our German clients who will be receiving 51.161€ in settlement of their claim against MVCI Holidays and MVCI Management –29.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID – what a fantastic start to their week!
Our clients won their case against MVCI Holidays and MVCI Management when the Judge from the First Instance court No 8 Marbella declared their contract null and void and demanded REPAYMENT IN FULL
In passing sentence, the Judge demanded repayment of 20.300€ in respect of amounts paid on the contracts PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 29.000€ in respect of deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period taking our clients total awarded amount to 49.300€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS LEGAL FEES.
Once again, because of the legal precedent set in relation to deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period which states any such amounts should be repaid back in DOUBLE, our clients were awarded 29.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID – WHAT A FANTASTIC RESULT!!
With the addition of interest, we will now be depositing 51.161€ into the account of our clients.
