Our clients won their claim against Marriott when the judge from the First Instance Court No 8 Marbella declared BOTH their contracts with MVCI Management and MVCI Holidays null and void and demanded repayment FULL REPAYMENT OF 30.291€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
On reviewing the sentence, we noticed that the Judge had not clarified the position with regards to the deposits out clients had paid within the statutory cooling off period…. Which you know is ILLEGAL and entitled our clients to a repayment of DOUBLE that amount.
Today we are delighted to be announcing that the Judge did indeed clarify the position on the deposits, increased our clients claim accordingly, and today we have passed on to our client 56.738€ WHICH AGAIN IS 24.000€ MORE THAN OUR CLIENST ORIGINALLY PAID!
