This time our German clients claimed victory in the First Instance court No 8 Marbella where the judge declared their contract with MVCI Management and MVCI Holidays null and void and demanded repayment of 49.300€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS – THAT’S A WHOPPING 29.000€ MORE than they actually paid!!!
In passing the sentence the Judge demanded 20.300€ in respect of amounts paid on the contract PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 29.000€ in compensation for deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period taking our clients total awarded amount to 49.300€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS – 29.000€ MORE THAN THEY ORIGINALLY PAID!!
Time and time again we are seeing the impact of being awarded compensation in DOUBLE for deposits taken illegally within the statutory cooling off period and this case is a PRIME example.
