At Canarian Legal Alliance we are pleased to share with you our April and May successes in the courts throughout Spain. Our dedicated team has secured a total of 30 victories in various courts across Spain, amounting to an impressive €1,500,000 in compensation for our clients who are now timeshare free and worry free. These victories include 6 judgments against Marriott in the High Courts, with over €266,000 to be returned to our clients, and 10 in the Court of First Instance, with €564,000 in rewards. However, the voiding of contracts does not only affect our clients who contracted with Marriott, we have also received favourable judgments against Club la Costa, Silverpoint, Holiday Club and Viking Real Estates in Tenerife.
The last two months have also been notable for payouts. We have successfully transferred over €500,000 to our clients from monies deposited with the courts following successful judgments, with €120,000 from Marriott being the record payment in May.
