Canarian Legal Alliance begins its week with an outstanding Anfi First Instance Court victory.
The judge of the First Instance Court N4 in Maspalomas has ruled our clients contract null and void on the basis that it did not include a tangible object as required under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98. A timeshare contract must include a series of specific information, including location and date.
Anfi has now been ordered to return over 21,341€ plus legal interest.
Congratulations to our clients as well as the whole legal team involved in this process.
