We are delighted to be ending the week with another victory against the ONA Grup.
Today our English clients are celebrating after the First Court No 18 Palma de Mallorca declared their contract with the ONA Group null and void and ordered the ONA Group to repay our clients 32.201€ PLUS INTEREST.
In calculating the awarded amount the judge ordered that 22.781€ should be repaid in respect of the contract payments PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 9.420€ in respect of deposits paid within the statutory cooling off period which as our readers know is compensated in DOUBLE.
