Canarian Legal Alliance is delighted to announce its latest sentence in favour of one of our clients, against Silverpoint (Resort Properties).
The judge of court N5 of the First Instance in Tenerife, using previous Supreme Court rulings has found our clients contracts null and void on the basis that their contracts exceed the 50 year duration period. Silverpoint (Resort Properties) have also been ordered the return of £17,476 plus legal interest.
