We are delighted to announce that we have achieved another victory in the High court in Las Palmas (section4) against Anfi.
Our clients won their case in the first instance leading Anfi to appeal the decision to the High Court. Today we received the news that the High Court rejected Anfi´s appeal and upheld the won sentence ruling from the first instance.
Our client will receive back 18.948€ plus interest plus legal fees (from both instances).
We are further delighted to see that the High Court is applying the recently established Supreme Court ruling by declaring floating weeks null and void.
