Further to Mrs Shirley Wilson ground-breaking Silverpoint Supreme Court sentence in the Supreme Court, she is now able to enjoy all her awarded funds and live a timeshare free life.
The Supreme Court of Spain located in Spain declared Mrs Wilson contract null and void on the basis that she was a consumer and that her Silverpoint contract did not meet the requirements stated under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98.
Mrs Shirley Wilson was awarded 29,575€ plus legal fees and legal interest and is now able to enjoy it as she has received these funds in her account.
