Once again Canarian Legal Alliance is pleased to announce that the Court of First Instance N4 in Arona Tenerife, has declared our clients contract with Silverpoint / Resort Properties null & void.The judge has awarded the return of £14,784 plus legal interest to our British client. In his verdict he declared that the contract was if an indeterminate period, which is contrary to the 50 year maximum allowed by law. The contract was also missing fundamental information and specifics which are also required by law, plus the taking of deposits within the stipulated cooling off period.
The rulings of the Supreme Court are now taking effect on all the courts, giving clients the protection and justice they rightly deserve.
