Once again June and July have been a period of significant achievements for the Canarian Legal Alliance. After navigating our way through a series of complex legal battles our dedicated team claimed a total of 14 impressive victories. Our successful challenges against companies such as Club La Costa and Marriott in both the first instance and high courts resulted in our clients’ contracts being declared null and void and them receiving 600.000€ in compensation.
In the same two months our team also continued to work on the enforcement of earlier rulings successfully securing an additional 500.000€ worth of payouts to our clients.

Please note that in August the civil courts are closed in Spain. Although our office remains open, and we will keep working on our clients’ cases, we will not have updates from the courts until they return in September.
