This latest case against Resort Properties / Silverpoint demonstrates the clarity in which the highest-ranking court in Spain is ruling regarding timeshare contracts. Our clients contract was declared null and void on the basis that it lacked tangibility, i.e did not include a specific apartment number, date or location.
Silverpoint has been ordered by the Supreme Court to refund our clients over £43,000 plus legal fees and legal interest.
