The highest ranking court in Spain has yet again reaffirmed its stance on floating weeks, declaring them illegal on the basis that they do not include enough specificity.
The Supreme Court has declared our Norwegians clients contract null and void and ordered Tasolan (Palm Oasis) return 8,810€ plus legal interest.
