The highest-ranking court in Spain has pronounced itself yet again, ruling our clients Silverpoint contract null and void. Not only has the Supreme Court reaffirmed its stance, but it has made clear that all Timeshare Resorts must obey the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98, excepting no one.
On this occasion, the judges ruled our clients Silverpoint contract be declared null on the basis that it lacked the necessary information. A timeshare contract must have as much specificity as possible, i.e a location, date and period.
In their sentences, the judges also made clear that illegal deposit taking will not be tolerated awarding our clients their deposits back in DOUBLE!
Our clients will also be getting back a total of 43,374€ plus legal interest.
We would like to take this time to congratulate our clients as well as the legal team who continues to prove why they are the market leaders in Timeshare Law.
