One of our English clients received the good news that their contract with Anfi has been declared null and void, and they will be getting back over 45.825,77€ plus legal fees and legal interest.
The Highest ranking court in Spain has again condemned Anfi for giving illegal contracts to their members for selling floating weeks and in perpetuity. As well as this the Supreme Court has reiterated its stance on illegal deposits ordering Anfi pay back to our clients in double all the money they got within the reflection period, as deposit payments are forbidden by the law.
