In his sentence the presiding judges from the High Court of Las Palmas reference the jurisprudence created by both Supreme Court sentences, when declaring our clients contract with Anfi null and void for having floating weeks, and also mandated the resort to give back in double what was paid by the client as a deposit.
Anfi has to reimburse over 40,000€ plus the interests and legal fees.
