On Wednesday the 25th May,The Inden family had their case against Anfi Resorts heard in Court number 2 in Maspalomas. Within 24 hours their contracts were declared null and void and more than 20,000 euros of THEIR money was ordered to be returned to THEM.
It is impossible to over state the extent to which the Supreme Court rulings have impacted the lower court rulings. The magistrates now have very clear direction which they can, and are, following. Floating / points schemes are illegal. Payment of any money in the cooling off period is illegal. Contracts of more than 50 year duration are illegal.
