Here we go again!
This time it is the turn of High Court No3 to dismiss another Anfi appeal.
Fully supporting the ruling of the court of the First Instance High Court No3 confirmed that our clients’ contract should remain null and void and reconfirmed the previously established amount of 18,530.19 plus costs plus legal interest.
