This year, one of our clients has received a rather special Christmas gift from Santa CLAus, over 160.000€ in returned fees for unwanted, mis-sold timeshare weeks.
Once again, the Court in Arona, Tenerife has ruled in favour of our clients declaring their contracts null and void with Resort Properties /Silverpoint.
The court recognized Silverpoint´s major role in drafting the contracts, the illegality of these contracts in relation to the timeshare law and has not only requested Silverpoint to pay back the initial purchase price plus double the deposit but all the maintenance fees as well!
