Once again we have some great news to share. One of our clients have just received their ruling from the Court of Arona, Tenerife declaring their timeshare contract null and void with Resort Properties / Silverpoint.
The defeated party has to pay back not only the original purchase price, but the deposit twice– just as the timeshare law rules- plus the maintenance fees, plus the interests and plus the legal costs.
Our client will be receiving more than 155.000€ , and we are absolutely delighted for them.
