During the last few days, the Courts of Arona have declared their contracts null and void with Resort Properties/ Silverpoint. It appears that the judges now have a clearer picture as to Silverpoint’s role in drafting timeshare contracts, which did not meet the criteria of timeshare legislation.
Our clients will be receiving refunds of over 250.000€ plus interest and legal costs.
