More good news today from the First Instance court in Tenerife who has found in favour of our clients and against Dinastia SL. The court ordered our clients contracts to be nullified and 15,950 € plus legal fees and legal interest be paid to them.The sentence flow directly from the decisions of the Supreme Court in declaring contracts exceeding 50 years duration to be illegal, along with the taking of money during to cooling off period.
