The Supreme Court has declared the selling of lifetime contracts illegal on several occasions. This is just another example of the lower courts following the precedent set by the highest court in Spain.
The judge of the First Instance Court N4 has declared our clients contract null and void and ordered Anfi to return of 9,180€ plus legal interest.
