Court Number 3 of the First Instance in Arona has ruled our clients Silverpoint contract null and void and ordered to pay £21,055 plus legal interest.
The judge condemned the selling of points by Silverpoint, stating that a timeshare resort cannot simply sell a product with no specificity, even going as far to compare it to the selling of ”smoke” . The magistrate also highlighted the illegal deposit taking by Silverpoint, ordering them to not only return this amount once but TWICE!
