Canarian Legal Alliance is proud to share with you its newest Silverpoint High Court victory.
The judge of the High Court N3 in Tenerife has declared our clients contract null and void on the basis that it lacked as defined by the magistrate himself a “tangible object”. Under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98, a contract must include a certain amount of specific information (apartment number, date, time…) and must be explained clearly prior to signing the contract for the benefit of the consumer.
Silverpoint have been ordered to refund our clients over £11,993 plus legal interests.
Congratulations to our clients and to the whole legal team involved throughout this process.
