The highest-ranking court in Spain declared has declared our clients Silverpoint contract null and void on the basis that it exceeded the allowed length of a contract under the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98.
The magistrates also condemned the illegal deposit taking by Silverpoint, ordering them return all paid within the cooling off period in double.
Our clients will be getting back a total of £105,461 plus legal fees and legal interest.
