It has been yet another historic week for Canarian Legal Alliance achieving numerous court successes throughout the judicial landscape.
Today we can announce that this week alone we have recorded 13 court successes against several resorts including Anfi, Silverpoint (Resort Properties) amongst others… All of these client’s contracts have been declared null and void as they did not follow certain guidelines found in the Spanish Timeshare Law of 42/98, which has been reaffirmed by the Supreme Court in Madrid.
On top of this a whooping 506,450€ has been ordered to be refunded to our clients, proving that the courts are continuously defending consumers rights despite these timeshare’s resorts best efforts.
