CLA came back strong after the courts summer break. In the past days we have received 10 resolutions on court cases for more than 290.000€ awarded to our clients against ANFI and SILVERPOINT.
We have received further embargoes against Silverpoint, that is in addition to the embargoes on their properties; embargo from Paradise Trading SLU/ Club La Costa, embargoes on bank accounts and another bank guarantee from Anfi for a provisionally won case against them. Not only the courts were busy with passing on their resolutions, our lawyers have already visited the courtroom for hearings on 15 occasions, and new claims are being prepared and presented continuously.
We have also been summoned to the state attorney in relation to our report on Anfi’s non voluntary payments to our clients after won firm sentences, where we were able to detail all our findings on supposed irregularities to avoid payments.
