The High Court No 3 has dismissed another appeal from Anfi Sales SL and Anfi Resorts SL confirming that the ruling from the First Instance should be completely upheld. They agreed that our client’s contracts should be declared null and void and compelled Anfi to repay our clients the money they had paid plus double their deposit.
