The first instance court nr. 5 in SBT declared our clients timeshare contracts all null and void , plus also sentenced ANFI to a penalty fine for taking illegally deposits/moneys during the cooling off period
111.691.15 € are going back to our Swiss client plus legal costs and interest NOTE : once again our clients receives 31.000 € more tha he originally paid for his timeshare weeks
