In yet another victory for us and our English clients High Court No3 today rejected another appeal form Silverpoint Vacations SL.
The High Court fully supported the ruling previously passed by the court of the First Instance declaring our clients contract null and void and condemning Silverpoints Vacations SL to repay our clients 98.722€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS
In calculating the awarded amounts both courts condemned Silverpoint Vacations SL to repay our clients double the amount paid in deposits which meant our client will be receiving almost DOUBLE what they originally paid.
