It’s another Feel Good Friday here at CLA as we share with you ANOTHER Anfi pay out!!!!
This weekend our Swiss clients will be celebrating after receiving 26.121€ following their successful claim against Anfi.
Our clients won their claim against Anfi in the court of the First Instance SBT 1 where the Judge declared our clients’ contract with Anfi Null and void and ordered Anfi to repay our clients all the money they had paid.
Of course Anfi appealed this decision………. which we know is the automatic procedure they adopt in all cases to delay paying for as long as possible……..
But as our readers also know, at this stage CLA always lodge a provisional execution of the funds which is a process whereby we request the court to collect the funds until such time as the sentence is confirmed by the High Court…….which we know it will be……..
In this case Anfi deposited the requested funds in the court and as expected when High Court No 5 confirmed the sentence passed by the court of the First Instance this money was released to our clients – RESULT!!!
