Congratulations today go to our Dutch clients for their victory against Gestiland 2000 SL (CLUB MARINA TENERIFE).
The court of the First Instance No 5 Arona declared that both our clients contracts with Gestiland SL were null and void and ordered that they be repaid 44.978€ PLUS INTEREST PLUS COSTS.
In yet another case that highlights the impact of amounts paid within the statutory cooling off period our clients were awarded 28.098€ in respect of the amounts paid on the contracts PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 16.880€ – double the amounts paid as deposits.
